These 20 OZ. tumblers come with a lid, straw and cleaning brush for straw, rubber bottom and a box.

If customer wants a refund they will be responsible for the return of the item(s).If the customer wants an exchange Annemae Creations will pay for the shipping of the new item (s) back to customer, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping the original purchase back to AnneMae Creations.

• Our wood products are made from real wood, which means you may see wood knots, crevices and other imperfections. This is what adds character to every piece and makes every piece unique! Also please note that although some items have the same stain/paint, different woods are going to soak stain/paint differently so colors may be slightly different than the original. 
•  We do all we can to display items as they are made, however due to availability at times the greenery may be substituted with a equal quality greenery/ribbon. If you have any questions about a product , feel free to reach out to my designer.
